Shipping Details

Standard Delivery (Free over £30)– Royal Mail 48 (Under £100) Tracked 48 (Over £100) or Courier Delivery (UPS). Order dispatched within 1 working day and is expected to arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked – Order dispatched within 1 working day and is expected to arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch.

Next Day Guaranteed Delivery (Orders before 12pm Mon-Fri) – Sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Order must be placed before 12pm Mon-Fri for next day delivery. 

Safe Place Delivery- If you're not home when a delivery driver arrives, the driver may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a 'safe place'. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that a 'safe place' is provided to prevent goods from being lost/stolen.

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, we do not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by damaged or faulty goods or delayed, lost or misrouted orders.
